The food, service and atmosphere was absolutely lovely. The staff taught me that espresso isn't a dark roast, it can be a light roast espresso. Expresso is just the process of which the grinds are grinded very fine and run through a specific amount of water. The atmosphere was cozy and the chocolate cake was warm and absolutely delicious. I'm in town on business and headed back to La Casa De Cabana for another and double expresso with just foam. The waitress was nice and made my drink perfectly, too sad I couldn't post a photo of the drink because it was served in a paper cup.

It’s the best coffee I’ve had around Wayne and Lincoln park. The espresso is deliciously nutty with medium body, and the pour over with similar notes. I could taste the tap water though from the latter, hence the 4.5 stars on that alone. It otherwise is respectful that they do not serve the drip off the dispenser making each cup special, even their cups are pretty. Thank you, see you again soon.

Stopped in too support local business after seeing a recent social media post. WOW! One of the smoothest containers of coffee I’ve had. The coffee prep is a pour over. What a great experience. I Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Katie. After being a little overwhelmed by the menu, She enthusiastically made a recommendation which was right on point. Amazing! Her store has been here for 4 years now and is definitely worth a visit. They also serve pastries and cookies. Great relaxing place to just sit and chill. Easy parking. Support this local business.
